I’ve been meditating with Calm everyday for a couple months now. Even though it is only 10 minutes a day, I’m finding that I feel more grounded now than I did before. Tamara Levitt, the author and mindfulness instructor who narrates the app, touches on many subjects relevant to HSPs. In a recent meditation entitled Lessons (Sept 7, 2018), she spoke about reframing, a topic that is near and dear to my heart. The app is not cheap at $60 per year, but in some ways that is fine for me, because I’m find that the investment motivates me to stick with it. I recommend it.
